Our tenant placement process usually takes between 15 days to one month, depending on market conditions and property specifics.

Premium Plan: We guarantee rent payment to the landlord, ensuring uninterrupted income.
Basic and Standard Plans: We aim to replace the tenant within one month and commence a new lease agreement.

There are no extra charges for maintenance coordination. Landlords are only responsible for the actual service fees charged by external workers. We maintain 100% transparency, providing detailed bills for all services rendered.
